Last year due to a number of circumstances, I found myself fighting a losing financial battle with diminishing income struggling to fund increasing repayments.
The situation was aggravated by the bad advice from both my Bank and Building Society who readily increased my loans and increased the term which culminated in higher debt and repayments which left me nothing to live on.
Having worked for the same Life Insurer many years ago, our paths crossed recently and a casual remark to Mike triggered a friendly response and a way out of my financial nightmare.
At a subsequent meeting, Mike asked all the relevant questions and offered a number of options to put my mounting debts behind me and an achievable timeframe when everything would be settled. No longer was the spectre of bankruptcy and loosing my home the only thing occupying my daily thoughts.

Had Mike not forewarned me of the devious tactics used particularly by my Bank I would have no doubt surrendered to their demands.
Now, in the time frame Mike originally advised me, all my Debts have been collated and a substantially reduced repayment programme agreed. I can now live within my substantially reduced income, safe in the knowledge that no Bailiffs will come knocking and my home and future are safe from creditors.
Finally, whilst everything was initiated last year and I am on the books, I am always pleased by the quick response to any queries and that usually Mike or his staff return my calls very quickly.
I have no hesitation in recommending the excellent services provided by Mike Robertson Associates, their in-depth knowledge of relevant matters and debt collection procedures used by the Lenders in my limited experience was invaluable.
